Your redemption registration has been successful.

After we have checked your details and invoice, we will process your redemption claim. We will only contact you if we need to verify your details further. 

 

Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for processing and delivery to your address. However, if a redemption item is on backorder (out-of-stock), delivery times may be extended.

 

If you do not receive your items after 5 weeks after this application, please contact our customer service team via email (sales@metabo.com.au).
